Caribou Meatballs

A delicious meal that you will definitely crave

Amount Ingredient
1 lbs Caribou (or moose) Hamburger
1 Medium Onion
1 Tbsp. Ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce (Lea & Perrins)
1 egg
1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Salt

Mix all ingredients thoroughtly in large bowl. Roll meat into one inch balls. Fry in deep saucepan over med-high heat. Place meatballs into a gravy or sauce and cook until done. Serve over (Basmati) rice or noodles.
