1 - Classic Hot Fudge Sauce

Granulated sugar |
| 1/2 cup |
Brown Sugar, packed |
| 3/4 cup |
Cocoa |
| 1/4 cup |
All-purpose Flour |
| 1/2 tsp |
Salt |
| 1 can (370 ml) |
Evaporated Milk |
| 1 cup |
Water |
| 2 tb |
Butter |
| 2 ts |
Vanilla |
In a large saucepan, mix together the sugars, cocoa, flour, and salt. Add milk, water, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Cook 5 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove hot fudge sauce from heat and stir in the vanilla.

Butter |
| 1 cup |
Whipping Cream |
| 1 cup |
Brown Sugar, packed |
| 1/3 cup |
Granulated Sugar |
| 1 cup |
Cocoa |
| 1/2 ts |
Vanilla |
| 1/4 ts |
Salt |
In a large saucepan, heat the butter and whipping cream over medium heat until the butter melts. Wisk in the sugars and cook until the mixture is very smooth. Add the cocoa, vanilla, and salt, and wisk again until smooth.
Serve warm over vanilla ice cream. The sauce will keep for 2 weeks (yea right).
