Here are the news from Old Crow.
Old Crow news go out so people could read what is news about Old Crow people are doing.
They have a meeting in Old Crow and also in Whitehorse. People are busy with meeting and talk about their land. And also how they doing in their home town or village.
Just very few elder in Old Crow they all doing fine. Some time they don't feel good but nurse is here, so they all fine.
On Porcupine River is low water, but even that some boys always go up river to look for caribou or either moose. Sometime they get one or two caribou and come back they were glad to bring caribou home. Everyone in Old Crow raise with caribou meat and also moose so they can stand without wild meat. And also fish to, when they get fish women cut it up and dry it with smoke fire and they eat dry fish in winter time. They get use to eat caribou meat and also moose meat soon they get it and they cut it up and make dry meat. When they make dry meat it last with them all winter.
When meeting going on I just wish that some people men or women to be in meeting but they all pass away. Men or women in meeting they will talk good. They will talk about their home town and talk about how they raise. And also about their family. In way back men and women are busy never rest. Men in summer time they make snowshoe and fix everything. Women are busy tan the skin caribou and moose skin they tan.
If those men still alive they could show some boys and kid but they all pass away.
