A delicious meal that you will definitely crave

Ingredient |
1 lbs |
Caribou (or moose) Hamburger |
1 |
Medium Onion |
1 Tbsp. |
Ketchup |
2 tsp. |
Worcestershire Sauce (Lea & Perrins) |
1 |
egg |
1 tsp. |
Yellow Mustard |
1 1/2 tsp. |
Salt |
Mix all ingredients thoroughtly in large bowl. Roll meat into one inch balls. Fry in deep saucepan over med-high heat. Place meatballs into a gravy or sauce and cook until done. Serve over (Basmati) rice or noodles.
